В 1983 году он окончил Политехнический институт по специальности конструирование и производство радиоэлектронной аппаратуры.
В 1985 году он назначен начальником конструкторского бюро. В 1988 году он назначен начальником Гибких автоматизированных производств и АСУТП.
В 1990 году организовал фирму 'СКВТ', которая специализируется в автоматизированных противопожарных системах. Признан 'Инженером года'.
В 2009 году он награжден Дипломом 'Инженер года' Форума промышленников и предпринимателей «Сделано в России».
Кузьмин Валентин Юрьевич полностью посвятил себя организации работы в области обеспечения безопасности объектов, производственной и коммерческой деятельности в России и за ее пределами.

Форексшабер – брокер, предоставляющий свои услуги на рынках форекс и бинарных опционах. В целом компанию трудно назвать мошенником, ведь они функционируют достаточно давно и предоставляют качественные условия для торговли на обоих рынках. Более того, компания регулируется РИМАН и ТРАВК, что также повышает вексель доверия со стороны клиентов и «гостей» платформы.

Однако детальный анализ и обзор на компанию позволил понять, откуда же столько негативных отзывов о Форексшабер касаемо менеджеров, вывода средств и общего предоставления услуг.

Заведомо стоит отметить, что представительства компании есть в каждом крупном городе России, и это их несомненный плюс, однако следующие найденные проблемы их автоматически относят к «мошенникам», хотя к самой платформе и оснащению сайта претензий объективных найти не удалось.
Вся мошенническая деятельность упирается в «подготовку» трейдеров от новичка к гуру торговли за один месяц. Каждый согласится с тем, что месяца явно недостаточно для того, чтобы стать гуру, но приятные лозунги, привлечение очень популярных аналитиков, о которых, если к слову, никто не знает, и, естественно, космическая статистика доходов, делают своё дело – клиент в итоге соглашается на прохождение обучения, которое стоит 100$ с одного человека. Предположим, решили вы с женой стать успешными и независимыми, и при этом ничего не делать. Будьте добры сразу же 200$. Клиентов, к слову, всегда находится более чем достаточно.
Стоит отметить, что данная программа обучения имеется в свободном доступе и абсолютно бесплатная, поэтому компания решила побыть обычным посредником между информацией, которая создавала не она, и клиентом, чтобы в итоге заработать денег.
Теперь о рекламной деятельности компании. Её обилие подталкивает на то, что трейдеры после какого-то количества времени покидают брокера по ряду причин, и это неудивительно;
Что касается аналитики, то здесь также есть ряд вопросов. Проведя статистику ставок и вхождений на рынок с аналитикой за прошлый месяц, нашим трейдерам удалось найти полное несоответствие с движением, что сразу же говорит о том, что вся аналитика лживая и нацелена на неопытных трейдеров, которые будут верить цифрам компании, которая в первую очередь заинтересована в потере депозита и повторного его пополнения со стороны трейдера.
Также удалось выяснить, что все сделки у компании происходят на внутренних серверах и никак не связаны «с реальным рынком». По сути это просто тотализатор, где один приобретает актив, а другой теряет.
ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ
Объективный анализ на брокера ФОРЕКСШАБЕР наряду с обилием негативных отзывов о компании и статистике покинувших трейдеров позволяют основательно прийти ко мнению, что ФОРЕКСШАБЕР – мошенник, и инвестиции никак не оправдаются.

Несколько дней назад мы писали о некорректном поведении господ из Форекс Шабер, пытавшихся тупо отжать депозиты у своих клиентов. Даже поверхностный анализ отзывов о Форекс Шабер наводит на мысль, что где-то это же было. <>..]

"Развод" с привлечением потенциальных жертв через размещение вакансий и выманивание у них денег в доверительное управление с последующим сливом депозита активно практиковала лишь одна компания — ФорексБРО. Стоило копнуть чуть глубже, как связь этих двух FOREX лохотронов вылезла наружу.

Уже одного этого достаточно, чтобы сделать вывод, что два лохотрона — Форекс Шабер и ФорексБРО имеют одни и те же корни. И это не единственное «совпадение».
Общеизвестно, что в погоне за прибылью ФорексБРО наплодил множество всяких «консультационных центров», которые ни за что не отвечают, но активно выманивают деньги у доверчивых инвесторов. Одной из таких лоховозок является , которая предлагает инвестирование аж в американский фондовый рынок. Вот только выбор «брокеров» у этих ребятишек несколько странный:

О том, что офшорные лоховозки и на пушечный выстрел не подпустят к зарегулированному американскому фондовому рынку, ребятишки из ТРН, видимо, не в курсе. Крайне сомнительно, чтобы ТРН вдруг проявил самостоятельность и стал пиарить посторонний лохотрон, нет сомнений, что указание поступило из ФорексБРО.
Но и это еще не все. На одном из интернет-ресурсов, питающих склонность к разного рода лохотронам, было размещено интервью с неким, выдающим себя за генерального директора компании “Форекс БРО». Господин очень сокрушается по поводу засилья мошенников на FOREX.

В интернете появилась настораживающая и даже мистическая информация о владельце форекс-брокера «ФорексБРО» в стиле «я не я, и лошадь не моя». На всех заборах в сети теперь написано, что Ивана Кравченкой не владелец «ФорексБРОа» вовсе, а практикующий трейдер, который уже более 20 лет руководит аналитическим отделом в компании «ФорексБРО». <>..]

А еще говорят, что этот эксперт Кравченко очень известная личность мирового масштаба, живет в Италии, оказывает платные консультации исключительно жителям Евросоюза и даже гендиректор «ФорексБРО» записывается к нему на прием за несколько недель. <>..]

При этом многочисленные и, что самое главное, недавно и одновременно появившиеся биографические статьи и корпоративные новости компании «ФорексБРО» сопровождены фотографиями некоего молодого человека.

Эти снимки одной фотосессии призваны убедить читателя, что это якобы и есть Ивана Кравченкой. Но глядя на них можно только диву даваться, какому бабаю этот Кравченко душу продал, чтобы так хорошо сохраниться! Ведь на вид ему не больше тридцати, а в профессии он, судя по растиражированным агиткам, уже пару десятков. <>..]
На самом же деле разгадка этих мистических метаморфоз Кравченка банальна: на всех фотографиях компания «ФорексБРО» вместо своего хозяина подсовывает наивным читателям пустышку — актера из, 1945 года рождения, окончившего музыкально-драматический театр имени. Вот он:

Основной лейтмотив всей этой явной заказухи это утверждение, что Ивана Кравченкой не является владельцем ФорексБРО, а просто рядовой наемный трейдер-аналитик и по совместительству никому не известный гений биржевой торговли.
Информация о владельцах офшорной ФорексБРОзарегистрированной в недоступна, однако совсем несложно узнать, кто является учредителем ООО «ФорексБРО ». Согласно данным ЕГРЮЛ учредителями ООО «ФорексБРО » являются ( доля в уставном фонде 112 млн ? или 99%) и офшорная ФорексБРО(доля в уставном фонде 970,1 тыс ? или 1%). Зачем было устраивать эту клоунаду с неуклюжими попытками убедить общественность в непричастности Кравченка к сомнительным схемам развода клиентов в офшорном ФорексБРО, можно только догадываться. <>..]

Все это напоминает сценарий аферы, который недавно разыграл форекс-брокер, точнее сказать, финансовая пирамида РЕНТР, продвигаемая на рынке «успешным трейдером». Незадолго до скама РЕНТР «возглавил» уголовник. Вскоре РЕНТР развалилась. Кондаков исчез, свалив всю ответственность на «главу компании», не забыв при этом прихватить с собой денежки клиентов.

И вот теперь компания «ФорексБРО» идет по проторенной дорожке, заметает следы и рьяно прячет лицо и имя своего владельца. Не ждет ли нас громкая и скандальная развязка этого очередного маскарада — исчезновение компании «ФорексБРО» со всеми деньгами клиентов?! Первые тревожные звоночки в виде проблем с выводом денежных средств клиентам в ФорексБРО уже начались. Основной лейтмотив всей этой явной заказухи это утверждение, что Ивана Кравченкой не является владельцем ФорексБРО, а просто рядовой наемный трейдер-аналитик и по совместительству никому не известный гений биржевой торговли.
Информация о владельцах офшорной ФорексБРОзарегистрированной в недоступна, однако совсем несложно узнать, кто является учредителем ООО «ФорексБРО ». Согласно данным ЕГРЮЛ учредителями ООО «ФорексБРО » являются ( доля в уставном фонде 112 млн ? или 99%) и офшорная ФорексБРО(доля в уставном фонде 970,1 тыс ? или 1%). Зачем было устраивать эту клоунаду с неуклюжими попытками убедить общественность в непричастности Кравченка к сомнительным схемам развода клиентов в офшорном ФорексБРО, можно только догадываться. <>..]

Все это напоминает сценарий аферы, который недавно разыграл форекс-брокер, точнее сказать, финансовая пирамида РЕНТР, продвигаемая на рынке «успешным трейдером». Незадолго до скама РЕНТР «возглавил» уголовник. Вскоре РЕНТР развалилась. Кондаков исчез, свалив всю ответственность на «главу компании», не забыв при этом прихватить с собой денежки клиентов.

И вот теперь компания «ФорексБРО» идет по проторенной дорожке, заметает следы и рьяно прячет лицо и имя своего владельца. Не ждет ли нас громкая и скандальная развязка этого очередного маскарада — исчезновение компании «ФорексБРО» со всеми деньгами клиентов?! Первые тревожные звоночки в виде проблем с выводом денежных средств клиентам в ФорексБРО уже начались.
